PROJECT INFO

At TATA AIA, I was tasked with redesigning internal interfaces for agents handling insurance claims. Using user research and workflow mapping, we streamlined the task sequences to eliminate redundancy, reduce decision fatigue, and create smoother handoffs. The result was a cleaner, more actionable UI and improved claim processing experience.
