My role covered end‑to‑end UX from stakeholder interviews and persona creation to designing modular dashboards, Kanban‑style deal boards, and an inline communication hub. Emphasis was placed on zero‑learning‑curve onboarding, quick‑action shortcuts, and a scalable design system that keeps the UI fast, accessible, and visually consistent across desktop and mobile.
